From your athlete's first step on the mat to national-level competition, WCWA programs are sequenced to build technique, confidence, and character at the right pace.
Ages 5–8
Youth Development
Confidence, coordination, and a love for the sport.
A gentle, game-based introduction to wrestling fundamentals. Athletes build motor skills, balance, and confidence through coach-led drills designed for young learners.

Youth Competitive
Technique, live wrestling, and tournament readiness.
For wrestlers ready to compete. We layer technique, situational live wrestling, and intelligent tournament preparation while keeping the room fun and inclusive.

Middle School Elite
Advanced technique, conditioning, and competition prep.
Bridge program for athletes preparing for high school wrestling. Advanced positions, strength development, and structured competition planning across the season.
Tue / Wed / Thu / Sat — 6:00 to 8:00 PM

National-level training and recruiting preparation.
Our flagship development track. High-level technical curriculum, individualized strength programming, mental performance work, and full recruiting support for serious athletes.
